Many of our students arrive at Bravus Academy with little or no experience in the rope access industry. What they do bring is passion, discipline, and the desire to change their lives. Take Carlos, for example, who came to us with a background in construction but no experience in working at height. After completing his SPRAT Level I course at Bravus Academy, he secured a job with a leading rope access company in Miami. Just a year later, Carlos is now a Level II technician managing his own team on high-rise maintenance projects.
